Free Info Session for First-Time HomeBuyers on Saturday, October 17th at Canton Co-operative Bank

Canton, Mass. – Canton Co-operative Bank is sponsoring a free 90-minute Info Session on Saturday, October 17th from 10 to 11:30AM at the Bank’s offices at 671 Washington Street in Canton Center to give first-time homebuyers the chance to get objective answers to questions about mortgages, buying in this market, protecting themselves legally and more.

The program will be hosted by Canton Co-operative Bank AVP/Director of Residential Lending Bela Vasconcelos with special guests REALTOR® Mikel DeFrancesco of Success! Real Estate and Attorney Paul B. Carroll.

“Buying a home is a big deal, especially the first time,” Bela Vasconcelos said. “First-time buyers want to be sure they’re ‘doing it right’ and they have many questions. People told us they really got a lot from the first Info Session we did this past spring. At Canton Co-operative, we’re always honored to help people take that huge step and buy their first home. Which is why we’re offering this program again.”

Each attendee will receive a free credit report (including FICO score) and a free pre-approval. Light refreshments will be served. Seating is limited and reservations are required. Call Bela Vasconcelos at 781-828-8811 x 37 or register online at cantoncoopbank.com.
